FUTURE LEADERS COMMITTEE

​

The BPSU Future Leaders Committee is a Standing Committee established as per Article V – Organization; 2 (f) General Council of the Constitution of the Bermuda Public Services Union.

The purpose of the committee is to increase the awareness of the BPSU to the young workers (aged 35 and under) and recruit future leaders into the Union.

Specific Areas of Responsibility:

  • Build a communication network among other young workers in order to share information and to foster good relations between themselves and the Union.

  • Educate young workers about their rights, trade unionism and proper work ethics.

  • Network with other Union Youth Workers globally

  • Participate in various community events to make the Future Leaders more visible in the community.
